LUCY the PHOENIX FUND is a pending State Trust Account that was introduced back when the Gulf Coast of Mexico oil spill devastated the Coastline of 5 major States in the USA. The purpose of this trust is to help establish a national and international network towards solving the many issues that relate directly to corporate pollution where the majority of people, wildlife and domestic animals are left to suffer the consequences of such actions done by multi-mega companies.

In addition, in light of an ongoing corporate mega disaster that has been occurring in Japan that relates to 3 full melt downs of Nuclear Reactors since March of 2011, this Trust Account will provide the needed funds and incentives it will require to manage, and to combat the many problems that have yet to hit the West Coast in full force, whether it is radiation washing up on shore or the Japan "debris" which has been estimated to be the size of California, soon to reach BC & the United States within 1 to 2 yrs.
