Under this Provincial Trust Account called Adoption Aid & Benefit we will see community activism jump to a level of National awareness that will assist in the needs of children all across the country, and including many hundreds of thousands or millions of children world wide as this program does not stop at the boarder, but crosses over into all areas of land masses where children in need of family support live. Just as "it takes a community to raise children" within our own surrounding communities, globally this same philosophy holds true for those children outside our country, as they are the Gift Of Life that paves the way to the future of this world. Consequently, under a group benefit plan concept a multitude of programs can be designed by whole communities to help offset the breakdown of the family unit as a preventative measure to adoption alternatives, so that tens of thousands or millions of children can gain directly from the re-building of stronger family structures under a support system that is community based and nationally recognized. In the event of where family upset, natural disasters or illness causes the total breakdown of the family unit, the Adoption Aid & Benefit schedule will provide a network of financial and moral support solutions to help assist in the placement of children in need of permanent homes, due to circumstances that are outside of their control.
